WHO: 35 FAMILIES WILL RECIEVE SUPPORT THIS YEAR

For eight years now, we have been hosting the Bad Magic Giving Tree. This is a project so near and dear to my heart. I have been on both sides of a holiday giving tree. I personally appreciate what it meant to my family and I the year our gifts came from a community resource. Now as someone facilitating the giving, I am reminded of what an honor and privilege it is to give back.

If you are seeking support this holiday season, please listen closely.

This years process will mimic last years. Here is how it will all work:

Everyone who would like their children to be considered needs to email ONLY YOUR FIRST AND LAST NAME to givingtree2026@badmagicproductions.com .

NOTHING MORE.

We will enter all of the names into a random generator, aka put all the names in a hat, and allow the names to be chosen at random.

Everyone will receive an email, regardless of their outcome.

Submit your name between October 5th and October 15th.

No names will be accepted after October 15th.

By October 24th, everyone will be notified. Those whose names were picked from the hat will be given next steps.

As in years past, we will be applying the December monthly donation to this amazing giving tree and will be giving this money right back to our community.

We continue to ask and encourage our community to donate Amazon gift cards to the cause.

For ease, all of the shopping happens this way.

For every extra dollar donated to the cause, Dan and I will match it, up to $13K.

If you have $ or $10 bucks or more that you’d be willing to donate, I assure you, it adds up!

Alone we can do so little but together we are deeply powerful.

Last year, the fans sent an additional $14K!

If you are able to help, please go to amazon.com to purchase a digital gift card. When prompted for a recipient email, please enter givingtree2026@badmagicproductions.com
